These scammers charged me with $138.25 fuel after i returned the car with FULL TANK of gas. I have a FULL VIDEO of the fuel level and condition of the entire car when I returned it. Per time stamp on my google map, I went to gas station safeway at 7:47pm and left 7:54 pm. I returned the car 8:02pm as seen on the screenshot from the video at the alamo return area.
The car was great but when I needed an extra day and they charged me they sent me an email the following day saying I had not turned the car in yet and it was late They were wondering why it was late so their paperwork doesn't follow through with the charges. I got it all worked out though.
We rented a jeep from Alamo at the Maui airport. Staff at the counter and at the pick-up area were amazing and got us on the way in few minutes. We were given a choice of a number of jeeps, all washed and clean. We picked a Rubicon and drove away. After few hours, we realized the off-road tires are very noisy and decided that the Rubicon wasn't for us and wanted a regular jeep.
