Worst experience ever! Don't rent here. The company manager cancelled our reservation after I expressed frustration that they were going to charge my credit card 3 times for same reservation. Manager told me he could not figure out how to refund money and to dispute with my credit card company. Took no responsibility for alamo system which he threw under the table and blamed the company. Was left with a company that cancelled based on there system malfunctioning or lack of training. Wow!

Very simple pick up and drop off of the car at the airport. Car was clean and didn’t smell of deodorizers put in the car after it has been smoked in. A+++

So easy to pick up our Alamo rental car at the Charleston Airport and return it, I had no problems whatsoever

I have rented numerous cars over the years from numerous companies. I do not recall having any major issues with Alamo in the past. However, my most recent experience at the Charleston International Airport was truly, truly awful. Car stank, absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I returned car with full tank of gas, filled at a station 3 miles from the airport. Filling stopped automatically like every other time, and yet somehow Alamo charged me for a half gallon of gas upon drop off. How they managed to measure a half gallo... read more
