I had an excellent experience with Alamo Car Rental at Burlington International Airport (BTV) in Vermont. The staff were courteous, respectful, humble, and professional. They processed my reservation quickly, and made picking up the vehicle easy. Most importantly, they listened carefully to my concerns and promptly resolved an issue involving incorrect charges. Great experience renting a car for the weekend. No complaints.
Aiden at the Burlington VT airport was great to work with and took ownership of the service experience. As a long time executive in the financial and service industries, customer service really happens when you see how the employees act after things don't according to plan. I had some vehicle issues, but Aiden did a marvelous job in turning a potential challenge into a great customer service experience. I will definitely be using Alamo again.
