Had a rental here on April 19 2026. My customer service agent was Ciara. This was after 9pm. I had some issues with my card and my booking and Ciara was fantastic. She was patient, kind and had an incredible attitude the entire time. She was pleasant and joyful. I rarely encounter people with such a positive and genuine attitude but i had to take the time to show an appreciation for Ciara. Thank you again.

Picked up a fairly new car rental with 3/4 full tank and had it noted on leaving the lot. Tried multiple times to refill the tank, but had a broken fuel gage. On return asked the staff member Kya to flag the vehicle for safety and discuss the difficulty refilling it back to three-quarter tank. I was still charged excessively to refill it to full, despite it not being given it full on pick up. I’m more so concerned with the safety of the car maintenance here.

Thanks Alamo, you rescued me when one of your neighbor across the great Hall at BWI left me high and dry without a rental car. ** This is a follow up, six year on. Alamo at BWI Airport has been Golden, from check in, to vehicle assignment, to check out and return of vehicle. Five Stars.

I rented the vehicle for three days and returned it to the BWI facility. Shortly after returning the vehicle, my wife and son informed me that they had accidentally left their prescription and eyeglasses inside the vehicle. I immediately contacted Alamo Customer Service to report the incident. I completed the online Lost and Found form and was told the items would be searched for and returned. Extremely smooth experience after being let down by an alternative rental car company. Called their number and was able to place a same day reservation for the vehicle we needed. Phone rep was extremely friendly and efficient. After receiving the reservation number I showed up at the desk and after a super fast check in and a few questions they led us to the garage. Showed us the exact vehicle we needed and we were good to go. Return process was also super quick. Pull the vehicle up, they scan it, leave the cars in the vehic... read more
