Alamo is my new car rental company from here on, rented a new Dodge Ram pickup which was superb and checking staff is what hospitality is all about with a smile and fantastic personality, I also rented the same vehicle from Alamo at Detroit airport with the same hospitality, I won't go past Alamo in the future after renting from other rental companies with attitudes at Detroit Airport. Highly recommended.
Our car broke down after getting watered down gas in Alabama on our way to a vacation in Florida. We were easily able to rent a car through Alamo on a Saturday afternoon, last minute, and continue on our vacation to Florida, only delaying us by about an hour! The check-in process was effortless, as well as the return. I am now an Alamo customer for life. Thank you for saving our vacation!

I had a pick up time for 9:30am and did get a vehicle until 11:30am and when I got the vehicle it was a SUV not the mid sized car I chose. The reasoning for the wait was the had no workers. The reason for a suv and not the mid sized vehicle was they had no cars.
