Alamo vehicle rental makes renting a vehicle quick and easy with very nice clean vehicles at very competitive rates. The staff right from the beginning was friendly professional helpful and a pleasure to work with, making the entire process a pleasure. Returning was a breeze as well. The vehicles seem to be in excellent condition and they have an excellent selection of makes and models. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.
My quote was $270.36 (Costco discount) but my final bill was $556,71 for 4 days. $160 was a waver (40.99/ day) but I feel I as gouged. I live in Alameda CA and they made me pickup at the OAK airport rental (not on airport property) which added more fees. I did not fly! This is outrageous.
Check in was easy and fluid. Great choice of vehicles with-in our rental choice. Very happy with our vehicle. Easy to operate, comfortable and especially good on gas. Would definitely rent through Alamo. Again.
Skip the line process at pick up was perfect! Rental car was exceptional. Costco pricing was great! Return: NEED MORE SIGNAGE TO DIRECT TO ALAMO RETURN. Once I got there, Kevin was VERY polite and helpful after a stressful morning! Thank you, Kevin!
