Rented a Chrysler van. It was clean and gave us no trouble. All the staff we encountered were helpful and kind.
Renting through Costco travel is easy, and picking up the van was fairly easy. But the cost for the gas was outrageous!! I did agree to having them pay for the replacement gas up front, shame on me, I had no idea they would charge me over a hundred dollars when we only used a half of tank. But like I said shame on me, next time I will ask more questions re: the gas issue.
Great customer service
Extremely disappointing experience at Alamo at Long Beach Airport. Bad attitude no customer service lazy. The only staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers who needed to get my vehicle to be on my way. The employee assisting me told me the keys were not ready and asked me to wait in the lobby while she called to find out how long it would take.
