Agents professional, cordial, efficient--excellent service.
Was not satisfied with the rental. Was informed I would be renting a Land Rover Defender or similar. I received a Jeep Rubicon (never had one so didn't know), that does not fall in the same category. A way rougher ride and vehicle response.
The car ran great and we received great customer service.
Great experience with Alamo Car Rental! The pickup process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the car was clean and in great condition. Drop-off was just as smooth. I’ll definitely rent from them again!
