Customer service is non existent very rude, cried when we called higher to get issue resolved and tried to give us a dirty car.
Car paid for days before landing here to find out im not priority. That I have to wait till he gives cars to everyone else then if, if there is a car I will get one. Last time I use Alamo. Will pay more to use some one else.
Paid in advance and showed up at 8pm on a Thursday (2 hours before it was supposed to close). No one was there and I ended up having to make a last minute car rental with Budget car rental
