The staff at Alamo are fantastic great customer service.
Booked a rental at Alamo Prince George airport weeks in advance so I would not be stuck without a vehicle. My flight arrived as scheduled and when I went to pick up my vehicle I was told there is none available. Even though I had a confirmation number and confirmed date and time for pick up they had no vehicle for me. They did offer one but it would have been ready in 7 hours. No thanks. I ended up taking a taxi into the City core and rented one from another car rental company who provided a much better experience.
The most amazing staff I've experienced in decades. Friendly, efficient, just all around good guys. The manager Joe was top-notch. Super efficient at getting you your vehicle and getting you out the door with a smile on your face. Dealt with Matt on the car return and he was equally fantastic. Highly recommend Alamo Rental Car in Prince george. They are the best.
