Polite staff. Always cheers up my mood. Very adjustable with needs. 10/10 service. Most recommended place for rental. Clean vehicles and mostly brand new. Even if you get something you don’t like they change it for free and provide you a vehicle according to your needs.
The Prince George airport Alamo was amazing they employees were so friendly and helped us tremendously.
The man who helped us had a huge lineup and was alone because his team member called in sick. He was professional and efficient while also being personable. Thank you!
Twice we've not gotten a car even though I booked in advance. This second time, after paying, they then informed me that the cars were being unloaded off a truck, and asked us to wait for a while. After an hour we asked for an update and they didn't have one so we took a taxi into town to rent a car from Hertz. Absolutely ridiculous. The Alamo/National team seem to have a monopoly at the airport, and because of that they're coasting with poor service. The airport should encourage Hertz back for some good competition.
This experience has been the most pleasurable experience ever. The two gentlemen I worked with, when I came to pick it up and when I dropped it off, were absolutely incredible. They explained everything in detail to me and eased my nervousness completely. Very professional. Answered every question I had. I would recommend Alamo to anyone. Thank You, for the most amazing experience, that a first time rental I've ever done. God Bless you and your amazing staff.
