If i could rate a 0 I would don't waste your time with this trash of a company it's pretty much a scam. But hey they where "sorry for the inconvenience" so that makes it all better right.
I come to GTF about 3 times a year, and I always receive the best customer service with Alamo. They have made a couple of mistakes over the years, including charging me extra on accident, but are super helpful in resolving any issues. Word of advice: book your car as soon as you can. It's very easy for them to run short, as it's such a small airport.
