I rented a small car and was surprised to get a newer car with low miles. The car was very clean (practically show room). I was taken care of with scheduling changes for pick up of my rental with no issues, and drop off was a breeze.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came all the way from Edmonton. My flight was delayed (bo fault to them) I booked with AMA travel I purchased additional car rental insurance through them. Before leaving Edmonton, I called Alamo at the airport in Moncton and one of the options was to listen to Visa debit and credit card policies. Which I had a returning and incoming flight. The lady working the counter for both my pickup and drop-off alone makes these 5 stars deserved. She was absolutely amazing. Actual rental aside from some missed garbage in the glove box was as expected (they're not the only rental company guilty of missing stuff when cleaning that I've rented from)

Great experience. Lowest price for the dates I needed. Excellent counter service. The vehicle was like new. I would definitely use Alamo again if the price remains competitive.
