Excellent customer service
Great customer service and easy pick up and drop off.
They gave me a great car for a good price. It was even better than I had expected. The car was clean and fun to drive.
The first car I got was a GMC Terrain, brand new…after driving it to my destination a break failure message appeared on the screen…I lost an entire day of a short visit dealing with the car…ultimately Alamo Enterprise put me in a Nissan Rogue which was great and comped my rental fee which I appreciate. But having a car where I had to stand on the brake to make car stop at a barely moving speed was scary and dangerous. Then the entire day spent sorting the problem.
