The first car I got was a GMC Terrain, brand new…after driving it to my destination a break failure message appeared on the screen…I lost an entire day of a short visit dealing with the car…ultimately Alamo Enterprise put me in a Nissan Rogue which was great and comped my rental fee which I appreciate. But having a car where I had to stand on the brake to make car stop at a barely moving speed was scary and dangerous. Then the entire day spent sorting the problem. Will not use again. Hidden fees are ridiculous if you dont read the entire policy agreement.
