No car and no refund. My family started a road trip for my daughter to look at colleges last Saturday. Unfortunately 3 hours in our car broke down in rural southern Oregon. Bryce and Zach went above and beyond to ensure my experience was not only worth every penny—but truly exceeded expectations. Would definitely rent from here again.
