Everything was on time, smooth, and the vehicle was clean on pick up. We were late by 17 min returning the vehicle and the Alamo employee (Moe), saved us over $70 by forgiving our late charge penalty. Will definitely book a car here again in the future.
Amazing customer servicer got a quick help from roadside assistance. Car was also clean and had no issue
Unreachable customer service. Forgot a couple wedding cards in the vehicle and tried calling and there was no answer, while I was still at my gate in YWG before my flight left as I didn't have enough time to go out and then back through security before my flight left. I called once I landed back in YYZ and couldn't reach someone. I finally got through to someone while driving home and they told me the vehicle has been rented out already and their Lost and Found department is closed for the day.
