Great experience from pick up to drop off. Car was newer model, clean and in avery good condition. Quick service. No hidden charges. Great deal for the car. Staff were very nice.
We rented a Hundai Venue for my wife, using our Costco membership, with pick up and return to the Winnipeg airport. My wife describes the experience as professional, painless, knowledgable. Every person she encountered had excellent customer service skills and she appreciated how well each individual carried out their job. Moving forward, we plan to utilize Alamo while in Winnipeg and will certainly consider it in other cities as well!
I asked about the way I would fit into the car they gave me and they did not respond. It was not the car I reserved. It was painful for a bigger guy. I had to Bend my foot quite extremely to accelerate because the console pushed my knee over too far. It would be okay for a smaller person, but not for a big guy. No effort was really made to make sure after I asked about it .
Very easy pick up and drop off
The staff at Alamo were great, especially Mo in the return line. The car was clean and ready to go right when we go there. It was a hassle free pick up and a super easy return process so no complaints about the service. The car itself was a bid of a dud but thats not the fault of Alamo... that's on Chevrolet for continuing to build garbage vehicles. Would I rent from Alamo again? 100% I would... but I'd ask for an import instead next time.
