Booked an “Audi A4 or similar” and got a Mercedes CLA 250. Nice car, but much smaller and less roomy than an A4—definitely not what I expected. Alamo should be clearer about what cars are actually included in the class and offer options when a substitution feels like a downgrade. Disappointing experience.

I RENTED A SUV CAR FOR 2 DAYS AT THE WINNIPEG AIRPORT TERMINAL AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I DECIDED TO STAY ONE MORE DAY AND WITHOUT A DOUBT I RETURNED TO ALAMO TO RENT ONE MORE DAY. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WHOLE TEAM FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE THEY GAVE ME. SEE YOU SOON GUYS.
