I have rented a car before, and I never had any unpleasant issues. but, during my most recent rental, I worked with a manager named Abrar. I took the keys and went to inspect the vehicle. I noticed that the rear door was slightly open, and after several attempts, I was unable to close it. I returned to the manager and informed him about the issue.
