Five star service! Roman gave us a wonderful, warm welcome to Winnipeg and explained everything so well at check-in. On the return, Mo was absolutely fantastic so funny, personable, and clear as he walked us through the drop off process. Exceptional customer service from both of them. Highly recommend Alamo!
Three days ago, we made a reservation for a car at Toronto airport. Today, when I called to confirm, I wanted to ask if everything was alright, as we were calling from Winnipeg. The woman on the other end of the phone didn't know that Winnipeg is a city in Canada. She asked us which country we were calling from. Great service! I rented Nissan Armada with Alamo , staff was very professional. Rajesh and Mukhtar did a excellent job.
I was charged a $120 for an extra day but I retuned car 3 hours before scheduled time. Tried to explain this to attendant and he didn’t understand and said I would have to call corporate office!! Completely disappointed
Overall, I had a good experience. However, when I got a flat tire on May 16, 2026 I was told I needed to drive back to the airport location where I originally picked up the rental. A customer service representative advised that I could exchange the vehicle and she arranged for me to go to the Enterprise location on Ellice Ave in Winnipeg, but when I arrived, they informed me that it could not be handled that way. The conflicting information a little inconvenient. But always have really good experience with Enterprise/Alamo
