Called to get prices and information. Asked the lady on the phone twice not to email me the reservation and told her I didnt want it. Stated that twice to be clear. She didnt listen to my request and sent it anyways. This will just now cause confusion with our actual reservation.
Custer service is always great and the option to “skip the counter” is a MUST and I love this service! I will continue to rent from Alamo!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Great Experience with Alamo! Rented a car in Denver and dropped it off in Oklahoma City—super smooth process from start to finish. The vehicle was clean and reliable, no issues at all. Big shoutout to Rodney at the OKC location! He was kind, funny, and genuinely warm-hearted. Made the return process quick and actually enjoyable. Great customer service like his makes a big difference. Highly recommend Alamo—and if you’re in OKC, hope you get Rodney!
