The wonderful lady who helped us (I believe her name is Jasmine) was extremely kind, welcoming and professional. She deserves a raise, to be honest. Very helpful, and helped us get a car even though she was in the middle of her lunch! We got to pick our car and my in-laws were very excited to get their new Mazda CX5 to drive around. Would highly recommend renting from Alamo at the OKC airport.

Eric was pleasant and professional. He explained the contract as well as an upgrade offer and the prepayment of gas. Due to our arrival time, he had time to walk us out and helped put our luggage in the car. He deserves 5 stars! The car was the right size for us, was clean and had no issues.
