A very long lineup with only 1 person at pickup counter, woman at the counter was rude, radio in car was blasting and not knowing a Kia Sportage, we had no idea how to turn it down or off, had to ask Budget guy for help. Took us 60 minutes start to finish for car pickup.
Radio was full volume and no idea how to turn it down or off. Had to ask a Budget guy to help. Also, the lady at the desk when we picked it up appeared to be having a very bad day. Irritable.
Quick and easy service! Shoutout to Dawn for accommodating my request for a smaller vehicle and saving us money on our rental!
The Alamo Customer Service Advisor at the front desk - very pleasant. The vehicle clean, new and overall, this is our first and the best experience so far with Alamo. Drop off was seamless too. We shall return soon :)
