This location gets busy in a long weekend so be prepared. However, the staff are amazing. The line was long but it moved fast and everything was quick and considerate. One of the best car rental experiences I have ever had. I will be using this location in particular for my future rentals in Calgary. Our agent Yana was incredible. Huge shout out.
This was probably my best experience renting a car, ever. The Audi was great and accompanied me faithfully along a 6000km-trip. Many thanks to the staff members for their outstanding service. Everyone I talked to was friendly, flexible and professional. Pick-up and return were quick.
