Never rented from Alamo before, but they were the only one open at the airport. And I had a great experience! Great customer service, so friendly and the drop off was easy. I will definitely be renting from them again
Bellingham Alamo staff consisted of one overwhelmed agent for Alamo and Enterprise who had to go out and personally check the cars. Took 40 minutes to pick up my reserved vehicle. Then tire pressure light went on after 25 miles. Not a good experience
They rent crappy vehicles that fall apart and then charge you $2000 for repairs. Will never rent from them again.
