I arrived hours early to pickup my rental. My vehicle was ready to go and I was on my way quickly. I was assisted on both pick up and return by Saoirse Robinson she was professional, polite and quick. Especially appreciate that she took care of the return for me (logging mileage) as the weather was terrible at the time and I didn’t gather the info. Great customer service. Alamo pricing is typically very competitive and that helps keep me a loyal customer. Thank you!
None of the shady stuff I've seen from other companies.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company completely. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and provide broken cars. Don’t get fooled by what looks like a good deal. It could turn into nothing but a headache.
Never rented from Alamo before, but they were the only one open at the airport. And I had a great experience! Great customer service, so friendly and the drop off was easy. I will definitely be renting from them again
