We rented our car in Flagstaff AZ.We upgraded our rental to a Dodge Charger. We made a great decision. Our car performance was excellent and very economical on gas. There was adequate space for 3 adults and all the luggage 🧳. We drove 257 miles with any problems. Thank you.
I booked a car via economy bookings, paying upfront in full. My plans changed and I called the direct line to Alamo flagstaff to modify my reservation. The person on the phone assured me that the modification was successful. When I went to confirm the reservation an hour before I was scheduled to pick up the car I was told that the reservation had been cancelled. Customer service have ignored every call and email. This is degrading treatment.
