My first day in Flagstaff AZ and I get to the rental car company and I’m given a defective vehicle. (The keys get stuck in the ignition) I’m given the instructions to turn the steering wheel and the keys should release ….. negative I’m being told that someone will call me to exchange the vehicle. The customer service was great and the vehicle was nice and super clean!
Super happy with how easy it was to pick up and return the car! The staff did a great job and the car was new / clean! The price was decent also. I hope every car renting experience is like this!
