Quick service and no long wait for customers. They provide a better upgrade if the chosen car is not available. The car being rented are new, clean and in good condition. No problems encountered during the 5days of use. The agents are very nice and helpful and accomodating. A very professional car rental with very giod service.
John and Nova were a pleasure. They are professional, courteous, and good communicators.
I mistakenly reserved a vehicle for the following week and went to this Alamo expecting a vehicle. Of course, Steve couldn't find my reservation and I started to feel despair. Steve stayed calm and thankfully was able to get me into a vehicle that ended up being better (for my purpose) than what I reserved. As well, Steve was very kind and reassuring in his ability to help me out. John checked me back in and I was able to express my deep gratitude with Steve. Both bros were super helpful!! I had a great experience.
We had a flat tire with our rental car and the team in Flagstaff really helped us out with getting a new car and everything to work again! Thank you so much for helping us! I can really reccomend it to anyone!
