Had asked for a complimentary upgrade as a return customer (meaning a larger vehicle!) Was told by the customer service person on the day that the tiny škoda allocated was an upgrade 😉 That car was way too small and not an upgrade. After 4 or 5 tries to call them on a Saturday morning to make initial booking they did not answer so emailed them. A lady called back later to make the booking. (Grace) she was reasonably helpful.

The reception ladies were great. I had an issue with original car - it's like many cars, push button start. The sensor had a fault and there was a very finite sweetspot to hold the key close to the start button. Shouldn't have to do that. Very frustrating finding that spot. I swapped the car for a fault free one. The management need to spend some money and fix it or replace the car lest you frustrate someone's holiday plans. Ladies were sympathetic and patient. I'd go back. Replacement car was fine.

Do not pay for the prepaid fuel option. They will charge you again if you bring it back empty as per the instructions.
