From picking up to dropping off, the whole experience was very good
Really excellent customer service from beginning to end through booking.com and Alamo. Friendly and helpful staff at the initial pickup in Melbourne. Really nice guy dropping the car off in Sydney. Finally the car was a dream to drive.

We were uncomfortable all the trip This car is not seven seater I had to take one more with me all the way around
We were offered an upgrade and we were charged, no real option as the smaller car we had booked wasn't available. We needed to be able to connect sat nav on phones but when we got in the car it didn't work. We pointed this out but there was no other car available. This was a big disadvantage travelling around. When we returned we were told we would be given a refund. We await to see if this happens as promised.
