We were only 20 minutes late returning the car, because we needed to wait for 10 minutes for the inspector to be available, then when he finished took another 10 minutes,. Now got charged for extra day fee due to 20 minutes late which was unreasonable.
I wouldn’t recommend this service! The car is definitely not being checked properly before handled to me! The windshield wipers and water are running out and the car even didn’t alarm for this! Costumer service on the line is bit rude and in rush as well
Never use this company. They overcharge and are more expensive than other car rental companies. They hide behind expedia and refuse to acknowledge any wrong doings by them. BEWARE
The first car we were given had a warning light illuminated and was a smaller car than we had ordered. We returned this car two days later and the second car we were given also had a warning light illuminated and wasn’t very clean. It was also a higher kilometre car ( the first one had 45,000K’s, the second one 34,000K’s)the cars weren’t fresh and looked like they were past their best.
