The staff were a great laugh . Best fun I’ve had hiring a car. And the Skoda they upgraded us to was awesome. I want one 🥰

I had a really bad experience elsewhere (waited over 2 hours for my rental car after hopping off a plane!) so decided to pay a bit extra for the convenience of simply walking across the road from Melbourne Airport. So glad I did! I had the keys in my hands within 5 minutes of walking through their door. Car was super clean, friendly staff. Would 100% book again.

Worst rental car experience in any part of the world. Rented a car to drive from Melbourne to Sydney - picked up from Melbourne airport. First there was a great deal of confusion and issues with finding the booking. Second the car was issued to us in “perfect condition” - tons of scratches identified around the car and had to ask a staff member to come out.
