Our experience was a follows. On the first day of the hire the car misfired causing the car to loose power, rough engine and hesitation during acceleration. We contacted the road side assistance company, our first call out. The following morning the engine would not start after several attempts. We again contacted road side assistance. The mechanic informed us that this particular vehicle has a steering wheel lock preventing the engine from starting. Too expensive though this is no reflection on Sofie's impeccable manners and conduct as a customer service representative. She was excellent. Just your daily hire is way beyond normal charges. You guys are inflating inflation!!!
