After 6 months (!) they charged me additional $1800 for some repairs (with 40% of their additional fees from Alamo) even though I did not accept that and requested additional details. When returning the car, I was informed that a tire replacement would be necessary and that the total cost would be around $400, with the matter to be resolved within 14 days. This was the first time I have ever been presented with a well and truly broken key for the car we were about to pick up for 4 days. After a quick explanation on how the key had been broken by the previous customer, the staff arranged for us to pick up the replacement car at another depot in the city. Pretty much a seamless change of car after 20 mins of driving into the city and we all under way. Enterprise is now my go-to car renter. I've rented 600-700 cars. 500 from Thrifty. I've been using Enterprise now for maybe 3 years. Very happy with their rates, and cars.
very easy to deal with and very good value BUT NOT HAPPY IT CAN TAKE 28 DAYS TO RELEASE SECURITY DEPOSIT , WHY ?? very happy they refunded deposit soon after this review
