The car hire was cancelled when I turned up and I was told to call customer service to get a refund. I have called 3 times and it’s been over a month now. They keep delaying and the Rockhampton airport number do not answer their phone. Do better and give me my money back.
Hired small car through Economy Car Rentals to pick up at Rockhampton airport. It appears true that you get what you pay for as while car was cheap, paintwork on car was marked/dinged in multiple places & there were two patches on windscreen to cover damage, car ran ‘rough’ (surging and shuddering at times whilst driving), windscreen wipers needed replacement, headlights were not set to position for safe night driving & customer service was almost non-existent (not particularly friendly to the point of appearing rude at pick... read more
