Chris at the counter did a good job being friendly and helpful. NB The windscreen washer water bottle was empty, a smeared windscreen with nothing to wash it with wasn't welcome. Please don't let this happen to anyone else.
Great people at the NTL airport counter 👌 I tried Alamo last year once since then I am a regular customer. Clean, brand new and safe cars
Car was great, service was average. When I arrived there were 2 staff the branch manager and another lady “helping” / berating 2 customers. When I was called up by Chris, his attitude was nothing short of rude, speaking and I believe swearing under his breath, a sassy attitude & knows everything. Also couldn’t help himself telling these 2 poor women off whilst ignoring me after taking my license, I did the pre check in and it still took 10 minutes because he couldn’t help himself telling these 2 ladies how he knows better wh... read more
