Great people at the NTL airport counter 👌 I tried Alamo last year once since then I am a regular customer. Clean, brand new and safe cars
Car was great, service was average. When I arrived there were 2 staff the branch manager and another lady “helping” / berating 2 customers. When I was called up by Chris, his attitude was nothing short of rude, speaking and I believe swearing under his breath, a sassy attitude & knows everything. I paid in advance for a rental from Monday to Saturday, but due to a missed flight, I arrived on Tuesday to pick up the car. When I got there, they told me the car had been given to someone else and they had no vehicles available. I didn’t get the car at all, and the staff just told me to contact the platform for a refund. It’s been days and I still haven’t received any refund or any response. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Easy to deal with. Customer service was great. Fair price.
