The worst rental place ever I dealt with in the last 10 years. Booked 8 passengers SUV as we were two families. Confirmed with them calling at least three times and received confirmation by email as well for 8 passengers SUV. Reached over to Minot to pick it up from New York as we had to visit a friend in Minot and wanted to drive many places in Canada.
