This rental car company was a life saver!
As a previous reviewer stated, I made a reservation only to be told they had no cars. The woman at the service counter could provide absolutely no assistance. The Enterprise counter next to Alamo also had no cars, and there were no other open counters. When I asked why no one contacted me-she had no reasonable explanation. I had to uber to a hotel, and wait until the next morning to find another agency in Charleston who assisted me with a rental. I was told by the downtown agency that that Alamo at CRW “is a mess”. Do not use. We made a reservation for an emergency funeral and they had no cars available when we got there and none available the next day. Their answer was sorry. Now my wife has been stuck at this airport for hours with no help from them. Poor customer service. Absolute trash of a company.
We were greeted by JP with a smile. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Check in was quick and painless.
