Had a small issue with the car and T was able to quickly get it resolved and couldn’t have been nicer about it. Very much appreciated.
Excellent customer service at every turn. It made our trip to the beach a "summer" breeze! We will certainly rent from Alamo again.
An excellent experience all around. The agent went an extra step to get the vehicle I reserved. Check-in was fast and easy. It was easy to change my return date on-lline. Return was fast. I reserved a Toyota pickup - it was new, less than 1000 miles on the odometer, clean and powerful.
