Smooth and pleasant service and importantly a good car
Travel time from Jul 31 to Aug 7, 2025: Easy and fast checking in and out. The airport is under construction, so I think that caused the confusion the way going in the short term parking to return the car. Give you some extra time for this, then you wouldn't be late for the flight.
The car rental itself was wonderful and the staff were amazing and helpful. I was disappointed in the fact that we had to install our own rear facing car seat. Our flight was delayed by 1 hour and at 9pm at night, I had to try calm my 8 month old baby whilst my mother (who I luckily had with me) attempted to install the car seat herself. The lovely Alamo staff member was very helpful however we paid $70 for the car seat hire so it was very disappointing that it was not installed.
