We had an excellent trip with our Alamo rental car.
I reserved a car ahead of time for a very reasonable price. Pick up and drop off went well, and the representative was very polite and kind. Would rent again!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. My parents Rented a car from 1/19 - 1/22, returned on 1/22 (after hours, as intended and on the contract!) but Alamo did NOT process the return. We were charged $1700 and told our car was returned on Jan 28, 6 days after we truly returned it. Mind you, the airport was open on the 23rd, why was this not processed? A $1700 charge, $1400 more than what we should have owed, is ludicrous. We will never, ever use this location. And I highly recommend you don’t either. Edit: Support answered my revie... read more
