Headline: Beware of unfair damage claims and lack of transparency! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this location. When I picked up the vehicle, there was no joint inspection or walk-through with a staff member. I was simply handed the keys. We had an absolutely great experience with Alamo! Easy pick-up and drop-off. The vehicle was clean on the inside and outside, with a full tank of gas. The staff was very positive and friendly. Great service!

I’ve always had good experiences renting vehicles from Alamo over the years. Recently, I rented a mid size SUV from the Alamo near Vancouver International Airport. Seamless experience both in and out. It’s a small office that shares space with Enterprise rentals. Staff is friendly and there is a gas station next door for fill up price to returning the rental. I would consider this location again.
Alamo was great! Shuttle service and no stinky air fresheners!! As a person who is very sensitive to scents, this alone will keep me coming back. They also had exactly the car I requested.
