I will never use this Alamo location to rent a vehicle again after Von spoke so condescending while his coworkers hovered without saying a word. The shuttle driver was nice though. But i highly suggest renting from a company with a desk front at the airport.
Very relaxed. Easy pick up and drop off. We were on our way in minutes. Allowed multiple drivers.
A less than 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport was worth it to deal with this great team.
Best staff I've ever dealt with when renting a car.
