I went to rent a car on the day of the event without an appointment, but they were very courteous and arranged a car for me right away. Best company I've ever worked with!

Didn't get the car we reserved .called twice to make sure they took canadain bank debt card they LIED we were left stranded in calgary airport with no idea how to get to Canmore Long story short do not use this car rental
I called several times to confirm that my form of payment would be expected but when I went to pick up the car I was denied. I was stranded at the Calgary Airport. Two more phone calls to customer service later and still no car or resolution.
