A very enjoyable experience with Alamo car rental at Syracuse Airport, NY. The service was quick, associates were friendly, especially Zoe who made our pick-up & drop-off go smoothly with no problems. Will definitely use Alamo again!
The truck I rented ,.. overall performance was excellent..it only had 4100 miles on it..the only issues was someone had smoked pot in it......and I'm in talks with Alamo.. and we're trying to come to a happy conclusion.. ..I most likely will rent from them again.. just if there's a problem with the vehicle to address it before I put it in drive.....I think they will make it good
