Mary assisted us with our rental. What a terrible experience! She was extremely slow, and did not seem knowledgable. When she gave me my total, it was $300 more than what was shown on my booking confirmation. When I asked her about this, she said my booking confirmation was only an estimated price. I let her know that I would not be paying that much more, as that was not the price I booked it at. She then told me that the price was $300 more because of the additional 30% in taxes. The car we needed was recalled and they gave me no heads up and when I asked about that they said 'they don't have phones.' It threw off our plans for the whole weekend. Rude and unhelpful.
