Excellent rental and service
Great customer service. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The expedition max was one of the nicest vehicles I have driven. Great on gas and plenty of room.
By far the smoothest rental experience I’ve had in years. Reserved through AmEx travel, no wait at the airport, check in took very little time and the staff was genuinely friendly. Dropping off the car was a breeze too, with immediate service and 30 second long friendly interaction. We’ll definitely use Alamo moving forward from Syracuse airport, after a terrible experience with the Syracuse Airport Dollar. Can’t recommend this Alamo enough.
Renting a car has never been easier. Very nice people working at this location.
Rented 12 passenger vans. Very nice ride and held a lot of luggage. They were well maintained. Excellent price. Highly recommended!!!
