Really great!
The van we rented most recently was AMAZING. Looked and drove like it was brand new and was incredible on gas. The employees at pick up and drop off were incredibly friendly and helpful. You’d think at an airport location they’d be at least a little harried and jaded, but nope not at all! Super nice people every time. We’ve rented from them pretty much every trip we’ve taken and it’s always such a good experience- can’t believe I hadn’t written a review yet. 5/5, will definitely rent again!
Got an upgrade from economy to full size and loved it.
I would give these losers a negative score… Alamo takes you credit card info and gives you the middle finger when you try to dispute illegal charges… I paid for toll road device and then they charge you again and then they top off another charge from out of state…. It’s a disgusting company with disgusting customer service…. Better take uber than deal with these…. No respect for my time in their mistakes, I’ll go through my credit card company and dispute these losers As you can see their response, please waste more of your ... read more
