I’ve rented from Alamo a few times and the service had been excellent either way no issues with the vehicles. As prices go they are very competitive.
Because I was able to do most things before I got there, it was quick and painless when I got there to the counter. People were very nice. Car was in covered parking, which was nice. Price was the best I could find without leaving the airport. Would recommend.
I had a great experience here. The price was reasonable and the car was fine. The person who checked me in offered but was not pushy about coverage or fuel. The location of the rental cars at SYR is very convenient. The guy who checked me out when I returned the car was polite and got me on my way fast. Props to the staff here. I wish I they name tags on so I could have recognized them by name without having to ask.
