Gavin and Ari both made this a wonderfully smooth rental experience. I am so appreciative for their kindness and assistance. I actually rented back in October of 2025, but they made it such a simple and pleasant rental process that I had saved their cards and just found the cards in my paperwork and wanted to make sure they received credit for doing their job so well, so efficiently, so professionally, and so kindly. Thank you! I look forward to renting with you again when I am next in in need at MSP.

Overall service was good. Car was not clean and needed service light came on. The best part of the rental was Ryan. He was very apologetic and reduced my rental fee. He was exceptional

Appreciate the reasonable pricing and fine customer service. With the skip the counter option, pickup and return only took a few minutes with fine agents at both places.
