Erin was excellent and efficient at getting the rental paperwork done and getting me on the road. When i dropped the car off, the attendant was very personable and genuinely kind and interested in our experience. Overall, it was a great experience.
Best rental car experience. Will rent from Alamo next time I fly into MSP!
The Ford Expedition was a piece of garbage. Worst vehicle I ever drove 1. Cannot see the speedometer when driving 2. The back rear bench seat would not fold down . Even went to a Ford dealership to get them to help. hey stated it was not operational. Sensor for front kept malfunctioning More problems to come.
Very pleased with my Alamo experience! The MSP staff are wonderful and helpful. Cyrus was particularly great and will definitely use Alamo again for my rentals!
