Everyone one we dealt with at Alamo in Minneapolis, MN was extremely courteous and helpful. Very good experience.
United screwed over our flight and flew us all around the US. Alamo was the ONLY car rental company that stepped in to help us get home. I could not appreciate them any more than I already do. After two days of flying all around, I ended up with just a short 4 hour drive home. Thanks Alamo!
