Excellent service and streamlined service. I signed up for Alamo Insiders for ease of checking in. No stop at the counter- just go straight to car from coming off of the plane (at Minneapolis-St. Paul airport). I think I spent less than 5 minutes total with check-in and eventually drop-off. Taryn gave us excellent service at drop-off, ensuring we had everything we needed and confirming all was good with the vehicle. I would highly recommend.
