Friendly and fast check in process, had one issue while renting vehicle and personally who helped me verify issue were very informative. Vehicle was clean and smoke/vape scent free. Overall impressive customer service by both on site and phone. I would definitely rent from again which will be in the near future.
Come on Boise alamo. This is unacceptable. 25 minute wait in line while the employee small talks with every customer, walks away from the counter multiple times, zero urgency. Get a self check in kiosk like every other Alamo in the world. It's the only reason I rent from alamo. Actually had to cancel my reservation while standing in line and book with Avis. (Left with car ahead of most of the people in line in front of me at Alamo)
Car pick up was super easy and quick, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and drop off was easy and quick! Car was clean and new and cost was excellent. Would definitely use Alamo again.
I had an amazing experience with Alamo! From start to finish our agent at rental counter, as well as at drop off, we’re very pleasant and kind… Will definitely choose Alamo again!
