Excellent customer service and the process was painless. It was very easy to find my rental, and very easy to return.
I booked with Alamo via Expedia. I was told there would be no fee picking up the car but when I got there it was $300 refundable deposit. It would have been nice to have that advertised or told directly before since I inquired about it. When I returned the rental, after filling up the gas to full tank, they did reverse the $300 very quickly. Make sure to read whatever is in the contract since if you didn’t fill the gas up it would have be ~$7 a gallon for them to fill it up!! Beyond that, the car they gave me was better than... read more
