I am a Mexican citizen and have rented vehicles in the United States several times, but this was the first time I experienced such a slow, frustrating, and unprofessional service. They kept me waiting for about 45 minutes and repeatedly asked me for my documents without any clear or consistent procedure. They even asked to see my visa, even though the fact that I was renting a car at the airport after clearing U.S. immigration should have been more than sufficient.
I returned my rental car at the Boise Airport today, June 29, 2026, and I had such a standout experience that I wanted to leave a shout-out for the team. Specifically, I’d like to commend the young woman who handled my car return this afternoon. She was incredibly polite, thoughtful, and professional. The reservation desk was outstanding. The car selected performed wonderfully. The return was painless. All personnel were polite and accommodating. Thank you all.
Great rental experience. Quick at the counter and easy to find the car. Returning was very simple as well and the prices beat the other 4 guys at the airport
