Somebody at this location charged my card for over $3k for damage that was going through the insurance company. Apparently they reserve the right to make their own judgments and charge at will. I’ve all ready spent a few thousands dollars this year with Alamo but I’ll be moving on to another company. I HOPE I GET THE RETURN PHINE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROMISED ME
Easy check in and out, nice clean car and got something nicer than I expected. No issues whatsoever
