The online reservation process was very easy and there were no hidden fees. What I was quoted was what I paid. The vehicle itself was very clean and comfortable.
Poor choice of vehicles. Not clean or even tidy. Not at all what we expected to receive considering the description of what Alamo puts on their sites as what you will receive. And poor quality of vehicle at best.
Great price, easy process, nice car.
