Sam and Brett were EXTREMELY helpful today!!! Sam was very kind and understanding but at the same time thorough. I am very thankful I had them to help me out with my car rental!! Steven was also helpful on the phone a few weeks back. Good crew of workers!
The customer service person at the counter at CWA was AMAZING. Personable, kind, considerate and compassionate when we found a lighter and confirmed our suspicions of the smoke smell. YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM! HE IS WONDERFUL!
