I did online check in for this vehicle. It was simple and quick. When I got to the rentals, I got to skip the line and went straight to pick up my car. Car was nice and clean. Quick simple process. Would definitely pick this again!
Despite an extremely busy day at the rental center at the Charlotte airport, we were fortunate to skip the counter ( with 27 people ahead of us) to do an express check in and go right to our car!
