Great price and service and vehicles
Idaho Falls airport rental for our trip to Victor, ID and Jackson Hole went perfectly. Got the vehicle we wanted & needed and the ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. Everything was a breeze and I'm completely satisfied with the whole experience.
EDIT: I have adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3 star due to Alamo reimbursing some money. I've rented plenty of vehicles from a lot of companies. This was such a disappointment. My family came into my home town for the state fair, i wanted it to be special as they have never been. I spent over 200 for a premium SUV and not only was the thing not washed and looked like it went off roading, but the inside smelt of cigarettes. We got a flat tire the same day we picked up our minivan from Utah airport on Sunday, just as we were heading to Yellowstone National Park. It was already 5 PM, and the next day was Labor Day. Feeling completely discouraged, especially since it was the first day of our vacation from California, we called Alamo in Idaho Falls Regional airport and explained the situation.
