Excellent customer service at pick-up in Idaho Falls. The Alamo counter was inside the airport right next to baggage claim which made for an easy experience. The drop-off experience also had excellent and friendly customer service in Boise. The airport entrance was only steps away from drop-off. I would recommend Alamo for a hassel free auto rental.

Choose a different company. They'll take your payment for a rental car from your debit card, no problem . But apparently you need a major credit card to actually get the rental. Sounds like BS to me! Never had a issue before in the past 40+ car rentals i have done and this is the first time i used Alamo. So screw this company. There are better enterprises to give your business to!

First class car very clean. New. Price was right and easy to rent and easy to return. The only complaint I have is you needed a legitimate credit card your debit visa will not work when renting this car. Your debit visa is supposed to work everywhere that visa works, but they would not accept it. It had to be a legitimate credit card

It was a very pleasant experience. The guy at the rental counter was great! They gave us a 2025 Ford Escape to rent which was awesome!
