I am writing to share my recent experience at your rental location on 12/13/25, where I was assisted by a manager Josh overseeing both Alamo and Enterprise services. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. Throughout the conversation, the manager repeatedly used a verbal tic, ending nearly every sentence with “okay?” in a way that felt dismissive and unnecessarily patronizing, reminiscent of a caricature, such as the characters from South Park. Clean and easy rental experience at this location both with picking up and returning my car. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Car provided was clean and in excellent condition.
The Enterprise family at the Lubbock, Texas Airport were incredible! Made our trip to know we were taken care of so well by this group of dedicated people!
quick and easy. I talked to one guy at rental time and one at turnin, and both were friendly and helpful, and things could not have been easier.
