Check on was very quick and staff super friendly. The car however was dirty and I know it wasn’t cleaned because we had a mustard or sauce glob on the plastic hold handle in the back seat. This is wear someone would hang clothes.
All was as expected. Car was clean. Front seat was stained but clean. All parts of vehicle worked as expected. Good customer service rep at counter in Lubbock, TX
Easy pickup and easier return. Will definitely use them again.
