The rental process was easy, and efficient from check-out to return of the vehicle. The car was clean, new (2025 Altima) and ran well. No issues whatsoever.
You can literally never get through on the phone to this location. I have been calling for days for questions about my reservation and am not interested in speaking to the call center. Just want to speak to someone local to be sure I am prepared for my travels. Shopping around now with companies that actually answer their phone.
