Alamo is my favorite car rental dealership… And that includes your sister’s national and enterprise I particularly want to compliment the manager at the airport in Lubbock, Texas I’m so sorry I cannot remember her name but she Was excellent to work with, and in my opinion, deserves a big raise And recognition of her great skills and customer service
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I recently booked a vehicle rental with Alamo for what I thought was a five day trip. I messed up on my reservation, and only scheduled for two days with a much larger vehicle than I needed. When my bill came back, it was crazy and "incorrect", but definitely my fault. I called their customer service and spoke with Chris who handled my situation sooo much better than I deserved, and gave me a lot of grace. My company pays for a rental car and Alamo makes me put a $400 deposit down to rent? Will not take company card over phone. That’s a load of BS Alamo.
