When I think of a rental car company, the absolute bare minimum I expect is that they hold my reservation. Alamo failed spectacularly. After a grueling travel experience, I arrived in Atlanta expecting to quickly grab my reserved car and continue my trip to Savannah. My family and I arrived for our vacation at HHI, SC on 7-18-25 to 7-23-25. Ashley was excellent and made sure everything went smoothly to get us going. The car they gave us was nice, great AC, and got us around to go on adventures that we never been to before. Brought the car back and Alexis greeted me with a smile. She let me know what was charged and thanking us. Need to remind myself to get a SUV next time . Thank you so much and see ya next time!!
