i don’t usually write reviews, but because i had a bad experience… alamo rent a car deserves a bad review. i reserved a car in December for a few days. reservation was made through Expedia under my name. when we arrived to check in to get our car, the person at the desk told us of a young renters fee, so we decided to switch it over to my mother in law so that we wouldn’t get charged. after coming back from the trip and turning in the car, we realized we got charged $150, despite saying we were going to switch everything ove... read more
Staff was great. Car was clean.
Friendly, courteous staff, easy pick up process, good price, great vehicle.
The car rental was great. The only thing as we got there and off the long flight. There were about for customers ahead of us and it was not busy. We had sat there for around one hour to receive car rental. The car rental employees since no urgency and were slow getting the car rentals out to the customers until I went up and said something.
