Everyone is very nice and friendly. Extremely professional and also personable. Our Uber canceled on us last minute and they have a shuttle for us. We travel 1/2x per year and this might be the best car rental facility we've been to.
If there is anyway I can put a negative I will do it I got here to rental company with my reservation they told me they don’t have my rental after I took a 45 minute uber now I’m stuck here
Very poor service from Alamo. I made a reservation very early and then 5 hours later I took an Uber to pick up the car and when I arrived they told me they didn't have that type of car. You shouldn't trust agencies like this one, so informal, because we would end up looking bad due to their poor service.
Came inside and had to wait 5 mins for someone. Once I was seen by the agent she advised they needed a credit card to copy and put on file. Advised had a debit card and didn’t have my credit card with me and couldn’t accept the number off of it. Avoid Alamo at all cost, especially this location. Lady was rude and didn’t seem like she even cared. When reserving online had to pay $12.00 for Insurance which is still pending on my account even though I did not get the car.
Made a reservation for an important work trip, reservation was good to go. Then I get there and they tell me didn't have any cars. If you knew you had no cars why not call or cancel reservation instead of wasting people's time during peak rush hour.
