We rented from Alamo in Houston and in Los Angeles during our trip. Were able to set everything up online, so all we had to do was walk out and get our cars. Both times we were helped right away by nice young men. Check out and return were both quick and easy. Cars were good. Will definitely be renting from Alamo again.
Just want to say thank you to Sandra who works out of the Houston Airport location. I had forgotten my phone after drop off and Sandra went above and beyond to help me find my phone. She even drove me around to find the rental and eventually we found it. I have never seen customer service that good where someone has gone above and beyond .
