Very happy customer, vehicle was very clean and ready to go. Customer Service Representative was very courteous, when I was not able to locate car, he came outside to assist. Thank you, Alamo the way to go!!!!
I made a reservation online. On the day of the pick up date I got dropped off. At the counter I was told a debit card could not be used, even though there was more than enough to cover their required deposit. But, if I wasn’t local and flew into Tri-Cities then I could use my debit card. This was not stated anywhere when I made my reservation. Now, I not only don’t have my reserved rental car, but I’m out money because I had to get an Uber home. If I could have given no stars I would have, they don’t even deserve one star. T... read more
Made the process super easy and streamlined. This was my first car rental and would definitely choose alamo again in the future. Car was nice, didnt have stupidly high incidental fee, and lady at the counter was lovely. Made it pretty easy start to finish.
