Easy access, friendly staff and nice vehicle selection.
Filled the tank in Santa Barbara. Went to the airport (7 miles), which would have used less than a half gallon of gas (Honda Odyssey). The lot attendant for Enterprise /Alamo returns refused to inspect the fuel level, sending me inside to drop the key with the agent at the Alamo / Enterprise desk. Six hours later, a bill arrives with $102 in fuel charges added. Also, the receipt stated l that I had driven 273 miles. I rented the vehicle to go from LAX to SBA.
