Good price, smooth and problem-free airport rental. Competitive gas prequel pricing.
Amazing service and quality vehicles Thank you!
I really appreciated getting upgraded to a better vehicle when the one I reserved wasn't available. I also appreciated not getting a hard sell for extra insurance or a tank of gas. My preference was respected and there was no pressure. I also enjoyed the quick checkout and fully digital process with no paperwork. Drop off was also the fastest I'd ever experienced. The price was right, so I will always use Alamo whenever possible.
Gary was awesome... The moment I arrived as a first time visitor, I proceeded to the rental car area... There was a line, no worries there... Gary was alone at the desk, working it and a joy to chat with... He chatted with everyone, and had quick service! This is the best car rental experience I've had... Thank you Gary and Santa Barbara airport!
Picking up and dropping off the car was smooth and simple. We had no difficulty with the car during our rental. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
