Friendly staff, car was ready to go, and no fuss returning it.
Very nice, helpful and professional staff at the airport counter. They were also fast. Very satisfied with the selection of luxury vehicles and the service when I picked the car up and when I returned it.
Great staff, quick processing, easy drop off. Car got gear gas mileage! At 6 plus a gallon that was huge!
Poor handling of lost item. Pickup in Santa Barbara and drop-off at LAX were fine.
