The staff at the counter were awesome!
Alamo Supercar loves to take people money but they don't have cars for you when you make reservation he missed the trip up for me very disappointed and then you have to wait to get your money back 3 to 5 days you guys really need to get it together or forget it forever

Changed their policy on debit card rentals. Learned once I arrived at the counter. They just lost a long-life customer.
Be very cautious about renting from this particular Alamo. I got a car, turned it in 2.5 days later, and was accused of hail damage. Had not been in a hail storm. You have options. Avis at Florence is great. Eric, the manager, is very helpful---but bottom line, use a company that doesn't pass on prior damage to you.
