Absolute satisfaction renting from Alamo Car Rental @ Lafayette Airport, and that sweet girl and extremely helpful Shakira. Perfect car for my 24h trip needs, super clean and ready to go. Absolute 5* service. Shakira was like a top concierge, ready , swift, quick and sweet & witty in the same time. If all the car rental experiences would be like that life would be better every time I rent a car 🥰😍💪🏻🙌 Well done Alamo Lafayette Airport 🙌🫶
Terrible service will over charge you and not explain why. 0/10 would recommend
Great service, we had trouble only with the WiFi but Bryan and Randy helped us and they gave a great service overall. Our trip was really smooth and no hidden fees.
Booked online got there to pick up and they told me they were overbooked.
