I don’t care for the lack of communication. They provide an email if you need to get in contact with them during your rental period, but the rep Dylan never answered me back.

The Lafayette Airport didn’t have the smaller car I reserved but offered a brand new SUV, Nissan Rogue, at no extra charge. It was beautiful and a pleasure to drive all that way to central TX. I was also able to speak to a nice man named Jules about extending my return time in TX because of traffic. There was not an extra charge for that either. It was a wonderful experience, reserving online to returning it.
