It was great...both Rafael when I picked up the car & Topher were very friendly & explained clearly.
DO NOT RENT FROM ALAMO. I rented from them last week. Had the car four days @ $48.81/day. On the day of the return I got a call that my nephew was being taken to the hospital for emergency surgery. I went to Alamo to ask for an extension of 12 hours. The representative said sure and under the circumstances I'll get you a better rate. Then I get my bill and instead of $285.31 which was the original bill it jumped to $391.29 for having the car an extra 12 hours and putting less than 10 miles on it. $105.98 more for this time! ... read more
I only wish it was possible to give zero stars. The worst customer service ever. I booked this through Allegiant then they charge me tax afterwards because they said it wasn’t included when it was supposed to be, and we had inquired about an extra driver when they told us it was $50 for three days we said no and then they charged us anyways then I spent 10 days trying to get that charge off my card and finally had to file dispute with my credit card company. What a fraud and rip off company. I would never use them again.
The Alamo staff at Glacier Park International Airport were amazing - so helpful and really jumped in to ensure we had everything we needed. Will definitely rent from Alamo again!
