I rented recently out of Glacier International Airport and the process was very smooth. When the initially provided car did not work for my family, they switched the car at no cost. The car was clean and worked well.

Amazing staffs at this location! The pickup and drop off are very easy! Very good experience with Alamo! Thanks for the excellent service and make our trip enjoyable!

They changed my one way rental somehow resulting in me having to make a drive back to original rental location or pay thousands. I’ll never rent from Alamo again.

Their billing sucks. They put over $2,200 on hold on my credit card statement with one charge that was close to correct and two that were way overpriced. Once the final invoice was determined the others were dropped but being charged three separate times for the same rental was a bit unnerving. Then the way they computed the invoice was even more suspicious (and confusing). Overall a very positive experience with staff on pickup and dropoff. The Jeep Commander I drove not so much. Too small and the seat belts were hard to use, The transmission was not smooth. I won’t rent another one again.
