Even though I reserved a car 11months before our trip, I still could not get the class of car I reserved. This seems to happen repeatedly to me and I'm interested in any tips to avoid this problem. The "free upgrade" is unwelcome as I don't want to drive the bigger car.

What a disaster! They did not have the car type we requested in advance even though given landing time and all flight information. They even admitted 40% of their customers don’t get put in the car they ordered…ridiculous incompetence by the company as a whole. Nothing wrong with the desk agents but crazy the inability to have the car you ordered on time in the right location.

I recently rented from the Kalispell Alamo and was glad I did! Andrew was the first team member I spoke with upon my arrival and he was cheerful, polite and efficient. Took no time at all to pick up my vehicle. Also, there was another young man in the car lot who also exceeded my expectations of great customer service but I unfortunately forget his name. Please tell all of your staff I had a wonderful trip thanks to their great service!

I rented recently out of Glacier International Airport and the process was very smooth. When the initially provided car did not work for my family, they switched the car at no cost. The car was clean and worked well.
