Was not informed that you needed a passport as well as a licence to rent. So had to take an uber to hotel and back to rental location with no apology or compensation.

The car was very nice and clean. I did my rental online using my chase points. The complaint i would have is the toll fees( $85.30 TOTAL on 4 seperate charges )they charged me so many times (see picture) I tried to talk to someone and email them they said that is standard. I rent cars at least 2 to 3 times a year and I will not go through them again. I only went to Beaumont and back that is ridiculous.
I booked a car for picking up on 12/10 and drive to houston airport to catch a flight for 12/11. I got a call from Enterprise\Alamo at the last minute on 12/10 to say that the car is not available. DO NOT BOOK RENTAL WITH ALAMO or ENTERPRISE in this location!!!
I called the location multiple times hours before arrival to make sure the rental would be ready on my arrival. No one answered any of the calls. Once I made it to the location I discovered why my calls weren’t answered. There wasn’t an associate in the area and the lights were off. Two males were at the Enterprise and Avis area only.
